Jim Froehlich
Jim has a highly unique and versatile blend of professional experience and technical talent – built and honed over nearly 30 years. He understands and excels at the full spectrum of private equity real estate deals to include Acquisitions, Syndications, Development, Investor Management, Equity Growth, Marketing, and Asset Management. Jim is a former Air Force Officer with deep expertise in Systems Engineering, Program Management, and Intelligence operations executing technical projects across a myriad of Homeland Defense, Security, and Law Enforcement agencies. Long history of solving problems within organizations and operations through process improvement, better technical implementation, or optimization of resources. He (and Jake) syndicated over $40M from 2019-2023 as co-GP on multiple projects. He lives in Wolfeboro, NH with his wife and is the proud father of two adult sons and two grandchildren.

We’ll categorize the deal criteria for you and invite accredited investors (or known family/friends) to invest side-by-side with us knowing that for each deal in the fund not being managed by us personally, the credible sponsor and deal have been fully vetted by us. While the period between 2020-present has given us (Froggy Companies) much higher yields and success than most other real estate sponsors, this is NOT a prediction of future performance. We will do our best to explain all known and unknown risks with investments, but are confident once you’ve invested with us, you’ll come back time and again.
